Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us by email before placing an order.


Warranty Policy
Please read our FAQ page before assuming an item is defective, you may find your answer there. Our products may require maintenance or minor adjustments. This does not mean that the product is defective.


10-Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item Claims
Please contact our customer service team by email at service@happydazevapes.com with a description of the problem along with your order number (by the allotted time listed below). Your order number can be found on the upper right corner of your receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with a return authorization (RMA) number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time. "10-day Warranty “claims” must be reported to us within 10 days from the delivery date.

Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA) number. We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model, SORRY NO REFUNDS.


Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non-refundable. All replacement or repaired products are shipped USPS first class. We recommend using delivery confirmation & tracking when shipping packages to us.

Happy Daze Vapes offers a variety of shipping options including Flat Rate and Expedited services. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option selected, and processing time needed to assemble items for shipment. Orders destined for APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are not eligible for flat-rate shipping.
Delivery estimates are calculated by adding the processing time to the number of business days it takes a package to travel from us to your destination address based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
Orders placed after 2:00PM PST on Thursday with Flat Rate, Ground, Priority or 3 Day delivery services will not be fulfilled until Monday morning. Orders with Overnight shipping service placed on Friday after 2:00PM PST will not ship until Monday.

Happy Daze Vapes will make every effort to deliver your items as promised however we are not liable for delivery delays due to shipper’s problems, closures, hoildays, labor disputes, weather, lost items or other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.


10-Day Warranty
Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk. Please notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.

All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 10-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 10-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use.

Items not covered under our 10-day warranty: Cartridges, cartomizers, e-Liquid and clearance items.
Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.


30-Day Warranty on the following items:
• All Ego Series and 510 batteries
• All chargers


Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Cartomizers, HV atomizers and Clearance items (excluding eLiquids) are only covered by our DOA warranty. DOA items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving them.


Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@happydazevapes.comSorry once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your orde  and you will be charged.

We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.
